Playlottoonline.net offers a messenger service between our customers and the lottery. Our agents purchase the ticket for you. Then the ticket will be scanned and uploaded the scan to your account. How do I receive my lottery ticket?

After you have ordered your ticket and paid for it, you will receive an email as confirmation. The ticket info will be showing in your account. After a short while, th ticket scan will show up in your account (the scan will not be emailed to you!). Please bear in mind that purchasing and scanning the ticket can take a little while.

What are my payment options?

Do you charge a percentage or fixed fee from winnings?

We do not do that. If you win, you get paid in full, with no fees or charges, except for rare cases where a small bank transfer fee may come into play.

How late can I buy a ticket for a draw?

In general, you should buy your ticket no later than 2 hours before the draw. If you buy too late and sales are already closed, your ticket will automatically be purchased for the next draw of the same lottery

Do I get notified in case of a win?

Yes, after every win you will get an e-mail from us to notify you. Besides that, you can come back to our website at any time, and check the results of the draw. If you are logged in, you can check the “My tickets” area, where you can easily see your numbers and the drawn numbers side by side.

How do I get paid if I have a winning ticket?

All wins up to €2500 will go into the balance of your player account right away. From there, you can either withdraw it, or use the money to pay for more tickets.
Every time you win more than €2500, our winner’s support will provide you with a form to fill out and email back to us. You will have to identify yourself and then we send your claim to the lottery commission of the lottery you have played. That lottery commission will then ask you how you want to get paid. Please be advised that some lottery companies will ask you to be personally present to receive your payment – but it is possible to stay anonymous if you insist and do not want to travel.
